As of January 1, 2025, the Flensburg-based company Dücker GmbH has become an integral part of the RIIS Group – now operating under the name RIIS Health. With this strategic acquisition, RIIS strengthens its presence in the German market and enhances its expertise in pharmacy store designs.
HISTORY
Dücker GmbH was founded in 2021 by Jens and Claas Dücker – a father-son duo with deep roots in the pharmacy industry. From the very beginning, they brought a clear vision: to simplify and rethink the redesign of existing pharmacies. This ambition gave rise to an agile company focused on delivering functional and aesthetically refined solutions from a single source – covering everything from A to Z.
